The presenting author must complete the registration process. Please note that one registered author can present a maximum of two papers. Only presented papers will be submitted for publication in CODEC
2023 proceedings and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication. Failure to register will likely result in removal of your
paper from the Technical Program, and will likely forfeit your paper acceptance. Receipt of the registration fee will be provided to the
registered authors only.

All participants including invited speakers and committee members are required to pay the conference Registration Fee. The Registration Fee includes Registration Kit, refreshments during the conference date and proceeding charges. Maximum two papers can be submitted under single registration.
