  • Submit the IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF file of your camera-ready paper (with the same name generated from PDF eXpress) on Microsoft CMT using the following steps.
    • Go to the Microsoft CMT.
    • Locate the Paper Options row and click on the Create Camera Ready Submission
    • Browse for the IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF file of your camera-ready paper and click on the Upload button.
  • Deadline for Camera-ready Paper Submission: November 03, 2023. This is a hard deadline for revised papers to be included in the CODEC 2023 Proceedings on IEEE Xplore.
  • MS Word and Latex templates for preparing Camera Ready Paper, can be found at

  • Page Limit is Two Pages Maximum.
